Terms of Service

1) Eligibility (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age where you are located, if higher) to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2) Social casino: entertainment only

• The Service is a social casino style game for entertainment purposes only.
• No real-money gambling: you cannot wager real money to win real money.
• No cash-out or redemption: virtual coins/chips/credits/items have no cash value and cannot be redeemed, withdrawn, or exchanged for money.
• No prizes of real-world value are offered through gameplay.

3) Accounts & security

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping login details secure. You agree to provide accurate information and not to share, sell, or transfer your account.

4) Virtual items & gameplay

Virtual items (including coins/chips/boosts) are licensed to you, not sold. They may be changed, rebalanced, limited, or removed at any time. You have no property right in virtual items, and they are not transferable except where we explicitly allow it.

5) In-app/online purchases (if offered)

The Service may offer optional purchases (e.g., virtual currency or bundles). Purchases do not provide any real-world value, cash-out rights, or prizes. All sales are final except where refunds are required by New Zealand law or the applicable app store terms. Prices and availability may change.

6) Prohibited conduct

• Cheating, exploiting bugs, reverse engineering, or using bots/automation.
• Harassment, hate speech, or unlawful, misleading, or harmful content.
• Attempting to buy/sell virtual items or accounts outside authorised features.
• Interfering with the Service, security testing without permission, or scraping.

7) Intellectual property

The Service and all associated content (software, artwork, text, logos) are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service as permitted by these Terms.

8) Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms, used the Service unlawfully, or risked harm to users or the Service. Upon termination, your licence ends and virtual items may be forfeited.

9) Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, loss of profits, or interruptions. Nothing in these Terms limits rights and remedies you may have under New Zealand consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded (including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where applicable).

10) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us from claims and losses arising from your misuse of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

11) Disputes & governing law (NZ)

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve issues informally. These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Where permitted, courts of New Zealand will have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

12) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply from the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
